Free Ship Card for SC and ST students
The Government of India has implemented the Government of India Post Matric Scholarship Scheme for the students of Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) communities. Under this scheme, students who want to take admission in autonomous institutions (private colleges or universities) and who have got admission can take admission in SC and ST through this free ship card without paying any fee. .
Thus, students have to apply for free ship card in the social welfare department of their district. He can then get this free ship card and get admission in a private college or university as he deems necessary. Thus, those students can get admission in independent institutions by presenting a free ship card and waiving their due fees.

Students who belong to SC/ST category and whose parents/guardians whose annual income is Rs.2,50,000/- per annum or less are eligible for the scholarship.
Students get 100% tuition fee.
